This is unbelievable. I know rangers often do not get the respect that they deserve, but I don’t think that people should be issued weapons without an extensive amount of training. A stun gun is a weapon, and it can be deadly. It should not be used in a non-violent incident. The increasing number of people in the US that are using stun guns without really considering the severity of their actions scares me.
